Our Policies
We ask that all our guests arrive promptly at their appointment time. If there is an issue, please give us plenty of notice for your cancellation so we may fill your pets scheduled appointment. Our beauticians depend on those scheduled appointments.
We ask that all our guests send proof prior to scheduling their first visit showing that your furry friends are up-to-date on their Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP shots.
Collar/leads are required when entering and exiting the facility due to high traffic volume in the area.
Please tell us if your furry pet has fleas and/or ticks so we may start the treatment immediately.
Additional services are available for an extra fee. Please contact us to set up a grooming consultation, or stop by and meet with one of our beauticians.
We do offer I0% discount to the Police, Firefighters, Military, and Seniors. Talk to the Tail accepts cash, credit/debit cards and checks.
